I've spent the last several years studying traditional painting and drawing when I get the chance. I've studied for several years with fine artist Jeffrey Watts and concept artist and illustrator Ron Lemen. I enjoy working from life and without digital tools, and I find the required judgment, patience and observation enhances my other creative endeavors. It's important to always keep learning, taking creative risks and maintaining an active curiosity about the world—makes for a much fuller life.
