I was hired by Utopia Music to establish, hire, and direct a dedicated cross-functional Data Visualization team to support the company mission of "Fair Pay for Every Play" on their quest to become the fintech backbone of the Music Industry. In a fully remote work environment I assembled a solid team of six from across the EU.

We followed three development tracks: Foundation (developer tools), Enablement (best-practice guidance), and Lab (custom solutions for specific complex use cases), delivering a complete and flexible data visualization component library, as well as a series of innovative dynamic dataviz solutions for visualizing complex industry rights relationships and music consumption maps.
